[Resolved]  BookMyShow — money not refund due to hartal theatre not open

I have booked 7 movie ticket at newtheatre trivandrum on[protected]., 11.15 am show. But in trivandrum that day was hardly. So the theatre not opened. So we cant watch the movie. Book my show did not refund the money and not giving reply to gmail. Their support centre and customer car e not coming for online chat. Near to 1000 rs i have lost
