I have booked two tickets from book my show app. I have made payment through Freecharge. Amount deducted from my account, payment confirmed by Freecharge but movie ticket not confirmed. Booked ticket for *RAEES* movie at maxus cinema bhayander (west) for date 26.01.2017 at 1:15 pm. Seat number - premium 11 and 12 .

Made payment Rs. 297 for two tickets.

Freecharge orderId : MOBAND[protected]

I hope you will take action on thid issue.

I lodged a complaint against the issue mentioned above. But there is no reply from helpdesk of bookmyshow care.
