[Resolved] BookMyShow — movie ticket booking - wrong date booked by app

I have booked 2 tickets for 17 nov sat at phoenix imax mall at lower parel, mumbai today but when i got a ticket confirmation it is for 16 dec fri, i. E. Today, which is very annoying. I first thought i must have made a mistake, but when i go to the app and rebook it, i select 17 sat, and when i go to the next page it changes to 16 fri! How can a reputed app like bookmyshow have such a stupid error is beyond me. I raised a query on the support but the money is not refundable as per their reply to my ticket. I need you to look into this issue as i am sure there must be many people facing this issue today.

Booking id: wfxqb5h. Seats: recliner - q13, q14. 2 seat (S) for fantastic beasts: the crimes of grindelwald (U) on fri, 16 nov, 2018 4:00pm at pvr: phoenix, kotak imax, lower parel (Imax).
