[Resolved] BookMyShow — Movie ticket refund | |||
I have tried booking ticket for sanam re on 13/02/2016 around 2 o clock. My bank account has been debited twise by RS.545 totaling to around Rs. 1100 and in none of the attempt my ticket got booked. after 24 hours also i have not received refund in my account. i have visited my sbi branch and they are saying that money have been deducted from account and due to problem of book my show site you may not have got refund. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

At times there are certain network congestion which may result in such occurrence
Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalized bank 10 working days.
