Payment to bookmyshow was successful but I haven't received any message from bookmyshow regarding confirmed booking and seat details. As per the telephonic conversation with one of our customer care officials, we hope your query has been addressed.
Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days.
Kindly check your updated statement after mentioned period and assist us with the screen shot of the updated statement from the date of transaction till date incase of any discrepancies
