[Resolved] BookMyShow — non refund of ticket money | |||
I. N. Shanmugam make the following complaints for redresse; (A) on 12/8/2019, i booked ticket for two adults for a film (Nerkonda paarvai) in vetrivel theatre, nanganallur, chennai, tamil nadu. After netbanking, debiting rs. 441 from my account, the screen showd "paynimo - unable to process. Yhe screen remained standstill and the ticket never came. I had to book another ticket for the same from mr. Vasanthan's login account, deducting rs 441 from his bank account. I request the amount rs. 441 appx may be recredicted to my account at the earliest (B) earlier, on 10/6/2019, i booked a ticket for a film (10.15 pm show) in pvr grand galada, pallavaram, chennai, tamil nadu and had to do netbanking twice to get the ticket. The ticket amount was twice debited from my account. Though i informed about this in the feedback of the homescreen of the bigtree, in website, no action seems to have been taken. I request that a refund for a ticket (Rs. 78 appx) may be credited to my account at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
