Hello ; I saswati last nighti booked move ticket with tube caramel combo pack at BIG Cinemas sangam Andheri at screen 3 Seat number where C3 C2.tme 11.00pm. I went at counter for order and ask them to deliver at my seat they said yes but they didnt and after movie they said now its closed. so just want to infrom you this is not the way to treat your coustmer and if you ask for adv. payment you should provied with better sercv. i will be thankful to you if you look in this matter.
