BookMyShow — raises voice for adding cancellation process also | |
I mistakely placed my ticket on Saturday instead of Sunday, and when i realised it and i am going to the BMS website i see there is no option of cancellation even you cannot change date. Even by using paytm i saw a cancellation process which is only a payment gateway and this site is intentionally make for booking tickets of movies and so many things and not take a look towards customer problems. It is very shamful thing for a marketing factor where you don't look through the customer problems. I never use BMS in that case and also say to my friends to not use it, until they do not add a cancellation process. We are happily give some charges in case of cancellation instead of convenience fee which. I m requesting to take a look towards my problem. I m attaching a pic where booking id is showed of my tickets, and expected a rapid action from BMS and if they are not acted it automatically showed how they are cheap and their selfishness.
