[Resolved] BookMyShow — Refund for transaction cancellation | |||||
This is regarding our cancelled booking for the movie 'Fan' in Asian Sridevi Mall on 16th April .Our payment was cancelled which was done by SBI account [Account holder's name : Sunanda Rathia ][ Account number : [protected] ] through e-banking . We booked 5 Gold tickets, Amount has been debited from the account . But refund is not generated. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
