Hii I was booking 2 tickets for Dilwale at17th of Dec using my debit card . then meanwhile I came to know through email that my tickets are not book and amount 447rs transaction is failed.. But there also another message from Bank of India Atm that amount 447 is debited to BIGTREE ENTERTAINMENT... So please its my humble request to look into my matter and do the refund ...and my transaction id :[protected] of BOI
