Hii I was booking 2 tickets for Dilwale at17th of Dec using my debit card . then meanwhile I came to know through email that my tickets are not book and amount 447rs transaction is failed.. But there also another message from Bank of India Atm that amount 447 is debited to BIGTREE ENTERTAINMENT... We did get this checked with our relevant team and see that the mentioned transaction has not been charged from our end.
Kindly check your updated bank statement once as a refund takes a max of 5-7 or 10 working days to reflect in the respective account.
Do share your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till today in a Jpeg or PDF format in case of any discrepancies.
