[Resolved] BookMyShow — Request a refund of Rs 772.38/- from bookmyshow.

I am SMRUTI SHINDE (cell no [protected]) I booked 3 tickets for DANGAL' using BookMyShow.com for KOTHRUD CITY PRIDE, Pune, for 9:45 show for date 09 JAN 2017 using Bank OF MAHARASTHRA net banking
After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time THE PAGE WAS BLANK '.
But an amount of Rs 772.38 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 6:35 PM on 09 JAN 2017.
I waited for around 10-15 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from BANK OF MAHARASTHRA for deduction of money.

So, basically money should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats.

I request a refund of Rs 772.38/- from bookmyshow.

The amount is not claimed by Bookmyshow and hence ideally the same should not be charged to your card.

Kindly contact the bank authorities regarding the same, as they would be in better position to assist you.

Everytime I open BookMyShow app I get an error msg "sorry something went wrong. We can't reach our servers at the moment. Pls try again later.."This is happening from the last 2 days. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, yet the same error.

Please go to Settings- Apps- bookmyshow and do a clear data. If the issue persists please help us on the exact screen the app is slowing down along with the app details.
