On 8th January 2017 had booked ticket but transaction was failed amount was immediately credited from my bank account
several mails i have sent but not getting any revert from them.
Initally they had assured amount will be refunded but from past days they are not botthered to revert my mail.
amount was Rs.225 but it is a fraud if they dont refund my money back.

I am abismrita here. I have booked two tickets for dangal through bookmyshow on 1st jan 2016. But once i put all the information of my debit card, it shows processing and then i receive an email for the same that the transaction is failed due to some error. They provided me a link in the mail to try booking again, so i used it, but again it showed transaction failed and asked me to retry after 20 mins. I have booked the tickets after 20 mins...

On 16 december, 2016 i have booked 3 tickets twice as first time i didn't got conformation for the tickets. But two times amount got debited.
After that neither amount refunded nor i got conformation for those ticket.

I booked 4 seats of dangal movie 7 pm show on 28 dec in glitz cinema Yamunanagar . Rs 812 debited from my account. But failed messages received in my mobile no. [protected]. It is very sad to know that a users pays additional 30 rupees for each movie tickt to BookMyShow.
I was planning to buy 4 tickets but realised they are charging 138 rupees of internet apart from movie tickets amt.and actually using my own intrnt, this is totally fraud, pls tak strict action agnst BookMyShow.

I have created a new account on e-wallet of bookmyshow and I spend rupies800 from my wallet to book movie ticket but afterwords I came to know that my tickets were not booked but I lost my whole money, for this inconvineance I tried to call your customer care and they are keeping me watting upto 36 and after words cutting my phone.Ihope such a big amount of 800 would be refunded to me as soon as possible.

On 25th december I created a bookmyshow wallet account to pay for ticket booking, but what happen is not my tickets were booked but money from bookmyshow wallet are gone for this inconveniance I try to contact your customer care but try are keepin me 36 watting and after calling cutting my call I hope such a big amount of 800 rupies will be refund back to me as soon as possible...

No matter how many times I try, from whichever system/browser/device I try to book ticket and try to avail 1+1 ticket offer using my ICICI Coral Credit card, I always get stupid errors and I end up paying full amount.

I checked if there is any problem with my card and called up ICICI. There is nothing wrong with my card.

Hence I tried avail other offers like Rs 100 off on ICICI Credit/Debit card, but to my surprise...

As you can see in the screenshot, I had booked ticket of Kahani 2 movie on 4th December 2016, due to a temporary problem from the book my show tickets were not booked, but the amount had been deducted from my account Rs. 514/-
As mentioned amount will be refunded, but didn't receive any yet even after continuous mail reminder to book my show....
