I have paid Rs 168 via FreeCharge at Book My Show (OrderID:MOBAND[protected]. Money deducted from my wallet but tickets didn't booked. Whether my money will credited to my wallet? If yes when? I have done this transaction on yesterday night at 22:29 pm. While booking I got massage from FreeCharge that your money 168 RS is deducted from wallet to pay Book my show but I don't receive any massage from book my show regarding my booking details.

Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount, vide BOOKING ID WG5HDMR, i called your call center also but nobody can response in view of this kindly cancel my booked tickets and refund

    I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at Bangalore Orion Mall But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they not responding my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount,

    Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

    Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

    Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

    Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.

      I had booked 4 tickets for sunburn ft david guetta concert in bangalore. The event was cancelled. When I asked BookMyShow, it says the event organisers have not given them any information about the event being cancelled. Help!

        I have the similar experience with Bookmyshow. I booked 5 Movie ticket through Bookmyshow app, Money was debited from my SBT bank account and and its showing booking error but I have lost my money of rupees 819.50/- I have booked the tickets for the malayalam movie named 'kattappanayile Hrithik roshan' at trivandrum Ariesplex theatre on[protected].

        I want my money back. I don't know why these people are doing such cheating things. I humbly request you to help me to refund my money.

        This is the transaction details shown in my account : POS PRCH POS[protected] BOOKMYSHOW COM GURGAON. But this is the wrong transaction details, i didn't even make payment to this place.

        Please do the needful as soon as possible. waiting for your replay.

          I've bought 5 tickets (in four separate transactions) through BMS for 22nd Jan, 2017 third ODI match at Eden Gardens. As per the instructions, my friend has reached the BMS box office counter at 3.15PM 15/01/17 at stadium with booking IDs/QR codes. The counter people reported him 3 tickets can be issued and other two tickets were picked-up by someone else on the same day at 2.55 PM. My friend argued that how can they issue to anyone as QR codes were shared between two people(my friend & myself) only.

          The very next day I've gone to BMS counter to check the matter first-hand. The counter people said all these five tickets were issued on 15/01/17 in between 3.16PM - 3.23 PM.

          I've complained the same to BMS customer care about falsifying the facts in two consecutive days. Either it's a case of digital forgery or the con played by BMS crew to keep the tickets with them to sell them at higher price in black market.

          How to proceed further as a helpless customer cheated by BMS and in no position to counter my argument with BMS box office crew as they don't even have CCTV footages.

            I booked 2 tickets from book my show for kaidhi no 150 movie.. Bt when I 1st time im doing that processing its erroring and the displayed on dash board due to some error related issues...               I booked movie ticket through BMSHOW for Dangal show on dtd 14 Jan 17 .I got message regarding confirmation of ticket but after 40 minute, I got one more message regarding failure of payment. Amount Rs.624.00 has been deducted from my account .I tried to talk at customer care no on same day. but it was so long engaged, I wrote at helpdesk regarding refund before 5 hour from starting of Movie. but no response. Yesterday I made a call again regarding refund of money, executive told that my ticket was confirmed .Due to BMSHOW’s system fault and poor services, I missed the Movie .I want to refund my full amount .

                  I had booked 4 tickets through an offline agent who then booked it through the bookmyshow portal. I had already booked hotels in Goa and then suddenly they changed to venue to Pune. So I requested a refund. I followed up with Bookmyshow for almost 5 months. On 10th January, 2017, i even got an email saying that my refund has been processed and it should reflect in my bank account withing a day or two. They even gave me a transaction id: [protected]. I called them asking about the account in which they have transferred and they told me that they ll not transfer the amount but instead will give cash to the offline agent through which i booked. After following up for a week, today they are telling me that they will not refund the amount and i should ask the offine agent to ask the sunburn people to refund. After 5 months they are giving me such an absurd reply. I have paid Rs. 30, 000 for 4 tickets. Might be a small amount for them but it is a big deal for me. Kindly help.

                      I have booked two movie tickets for Dangal on 1st Jan 2017 through this website. The actual cost of the ticket was 207.52 Rs and when I was trying to book the tickets my 1st two attempts was showing in-complete transaction due to technical error by Bookmyshow website. Finally by the 3rd attempt I was able to book the tickets. But when for some reason I checked my bank balance that eve, I found out even for the failed transactions book my show has charged me and deducted the amount of 209.52 + 209.52 + 207.52 = 626.56 Rs. I have asked them to refund the extra amount charged immediately sending all the relevant documents including my bank statement where its clearly mentioned that the amount has gone to Book my show account. After a long conversation and end no. of calls they accepted to refund it and sent a mail that it will be refunded withing 5-7 days. After 10 days, when I still did not get it, I contacted them again, but now they are once again clearly denying that they have not claimed that amount after seeing the documents and sending me a mail also regarding the refund. Now they are telling me to go and ask the bank. I think they are just living in ICE AGE where they have not heard about net banking facilities or do not understand whats the meaning of a mini statement and its contents.. I have tried calling them today again, left mails also, no response. Even i checked with my bank, as bookmyshow asked me to, which said there has not been any refund from bookmyshow against my account.. Now I tried contacting them in FB and luckily they reply and same automated response that "go to bank", "we did not claim the money", "it will take 5 to 10 days" (whereas its already been 14 days).. I don't know what to do now!! IF ANY AMOUNT GETS DEDUCTED FROM THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR by the PAYMENT GATEWAY USED BY THE COMPANY, IT SHOULD BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER, APOLOGISE AND REFUND IT IMMEDIATELY. but BOOKMYSHOW is that irresponsible and negligent and reckless company that they are not even accepting there inefficiency and instead they are making me to run after them for getting my money back!! I don't even know whether I will get it back or not!!

                          This Sunburn was the worst exprience of my life and all credit goes to the Percept and Bookmyshow for making the biggest blunder of the year 2016 with all the lies and for not sticking to their commitments which was displayed in your Marketing materials all over.

                          Sunburn and Bookmyshow both have dupped people of their time and money. They have failed most of their commitements towards service which they are liable for each and every tickets they sold for the events.

                          The entire chain of events goes like this

                          1) In every marketing material from Percept and Bookmyshow, it is mentioned that the event starts at 12pm afternoon. But due to lack of preparation and technical errors from bookmyshow, they only started giving the wrist bands after 5pm onwards. Though they informed us prior through two Sms, that there is a delay. First one mentioning 3pm onward and second one mentioning 5pm onwards.

                          2) After arriving at the venue at 5pm. The huge queue and the chaos created by ppl waiting for hrs was incredible. There was no security staff, no queue management system, no staff to guide u through the queue or give information and they server downs after 5pm.

                          3) After waiting in that chaotic line for over 3 and half hours, at around 8.45pm. I final get the tickets. Mind you this event was suppose to start at 12pm afternoon and people paid money expecting to have a 10hr of nonstop music and good times.

                          4) Then come the most important decision to be made, that is wheather to take a longcut to climb up hill of 1.9km or to take the shortcut adventerous trecking option and risk ur life just to reach the main Event only to exprience 30mins of Armin Van Buuren.

                          Imagine paying for 10hrs for this event and only getting just 30mins after coming all the way from Mumbai early morning and then going through 2hrs by road with heavy traffic, 3hrs of waiting in queue and total chaos and to top it all climb up hill for 45 mins to reach the final venue.

                          Damn somebody should pay me for all this time and effort apart from refunding my money that i have paid for the event.

                          Does Bookmyshow take any resposibilty for all troubles that all of Sunburn fans have gone through, because your mismanagement at every level?

                          Have been interacting with customer care of BMS from 29th December and asking for refund of the first day, for which the excutive had assured me to resolve its by refunding the amount through BMS wallet. The customer care people kept on assuring me that, the matter is being highlighted to the concern dept and will get a update/ communication through email from the company, till date i have not got any update on the matter.

                            After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website everything was over. An amount of Rs 463.50 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 20:41 on 12th Jan 2017.

                                On 8th January 2017 had booked ticket but transaction was failed amount was immediately credited from my bank account
                                several mails i have sent but not getting any revert from them.
                                Initally they had assured amount will be refunded but from past days they are not botthered to revert my mail.
                                amount was Rs.225 but it is a fraud if they dont refund my money back.
                                Also this fraud they are doing .

                                    I am abismrita here. I have booked two tickets for dangal through bookmyshow on 1st jan 2016. But once i put all the information of my debit card, it shows processing and then i receive an email for the same that the transaction is failed due to some error. They provided me a link in the mail to try booking again, so i used it, but again it showed transaction failed and asked me to retry after 20 mins. I have booked the tickets after 20 mins using the same details and finally it was successful. But when i checked my bank balance its showing that there were 3 transactions which has happened (Including the failed and successful transactions) for which my amount got deducted three times. So for a movie ticket of 207.52 rs. I was been charged 625 rs by bookmyshow. I have shared a mini statement with bookmyshow which clearly states that the amount has been credited to bookmyshow account.

                                    Here is the fun part. Bookmyshow is denying that they have not claimed any amount from my account and ask me to contact my bank even after checking the mini statement. So if you book some show through book my show your bank balance just vanishes into thin air.
                                    I don't know what kind of payment gateway they are using which just deduct the amount from customer and don't pay it to bookmyshow. Basically its there responsibility to check with their payment partner and get the money refunded. But instead they are telling me to go to bank and ask them to refund it. What an idiotic response.

                                    Bookmyshow: pls refund the amount of rs.415 you deducted (Or claimed) extra. Details used are: [protected]@gmail.com/+91-[protected].

                                      Your customer service team comes with reply that refund already given but only one refund given – not two refund… it should be two refund at two times money deducted.
                                      Movies ticket never booked at all so it should be two refund as two debit done.

                                      Your team needs to learn very basic maths.

                                      Two times money deducted & only one time credit given for both of this orders.
