BookMyShow — Sunburn groove cruise tickets

Bookmyshow does not provide proper information about the event and also has customer service which is not helpful at all.
I have booked couple tickets for Sunburn Groove Cruise worth 55000 and scheduled Nov 13 -15. Received an SMS saying weeks later that the event got postponed to January 22nd 2022. Tried to confirm it officially through customer support. Nobody picks up the call even when you are 1st in queue waiting for them to pick up for half hour and the call gets abruptly disconnected. The chat responses provided by support executives are all preset responses and they don't even read our query. I wanted to cancel the tickets as the new dates are not tenable for my travel. I tried sending emails and just got an incident number assigned and [ Incident id- [#11615154] further response weeks later. I don't know how else to reach them. They should atleast provide proper information of organizers to contact in such cases.
