    I have booked 4 tickets for ETERNALS on Bookmyshow on 5th November 2021, unfortunately tickets not booked and amount debited from my account. And I have an email from Bookmyshow that refund will be made with 5-7 days. No response from tele team and app support. Now it's more than 14 days.

        I had booked ticket on Nov 5th, 2021 around 10am for show Time next day 11 am but unfortunately by mistake i have booked ticket for Nov 5th instead of Nov 6th, 2021. As soon as i realised this mistake, i immediately contact to Book my show customer support but they are help me and told me the cut off time has passed. I put question that it's book my show fault, the show time updated on late just before 1 hours before the show time start. I had requested many times to their customer support but they are not hearing. They denied my refund request. Please help.

            I have purchased filmy pass one week ago for a upcoming movie but i haven't got any code from the website even after the payment confirmation and the website also provided a payment received confirmation also and they are not responding to my mails . How can be they just irresponsible, and the customer care number not connecting to them they are just escaping from the customer, it's just shame to them, i think this is the way they are earning lot of money by playing such tricks

                I purchased Filmy Pass coupon along with a ticket on November 11 and used it once. But the code haven't received since a week and I couldn't use it. I've contacting the customer care service for many days and they gives just auto generated replies of some other issues

                  @bookmyshow I Visit to See movie Fuffad Ji in Chokha Empire #Moga Punjab . I reserved my movie ticket via online @bookmyshow app and confirmed but Moga City cinema #chokha Empire booking staff behaviour not good, speak rudely and cinema didn't play the movie. 👎 @MIB_India

                            Bookmyshow does not provide proper information about the event and also has customer service which is not helpful at all.
                            I have booked couple tickets for Sunburn Groove Cruise worth 55000 and scheduled Nov 13 -15. Received an SMS saying weeks later that the event got postponed to January 22nd 2022. Tried to confirm it officially through customer support. Nobody picks up the call even when you are 1st in queue waiting for them to...

                            Hi I'm Manoj Prabahar from Coimbatore. I've booked 4 movie tickets for 3rd November. But I did not receive any tickets but the money is credited from my upi id. I contacted BookMyShow helpdesk through e-mail, they said we will sort out the issue. But it's been one week still I'm not received money. Please make sure the money is refunded. Thanks in advance. I've attached the proof of payment below.

                                I had buy 2 Tickets through Bookmy show for DHAM DHAM DHAMA CHAKADI Movie at Suraj Cineplex, Junagadh (Gujarat) on Dtd.18/10/2021 and Show time 05:30 p.m. Ticket Rs.286/-

                                But, it show had been canceled by Cinema.
                                So, I had 5 to 7 days lots of time call to customer care of book my show regarding refund of money. When my turn came in call, call disconnected and not answer my call till today. Suraj Cineplex is also not answering for refund.

                                      I booked 10 tickets on Nov 1 for the film Anathey for the 7 PM show on 4 th November.
                                      But the tickets weren't booked . However, our google pay services has confirmed that the payment was successful and credited to the merchant . It's been a week and I would really appreciate if a refund can be processed asap
