[Resolved] BookMyShow — Unable to avail the Offer by 16 digit wpin code

I had received an voucher of Book My Show on purchasing a HP Laptop. The voucher would allow me to book 2 tickets free per month . On trying to book the tickets and on applying the offer code, I would get an error message which would say, " Sorry, these vouchers are valid ONLY for ticket bookings 2 days in advance(#-2101) " I contacted the Book My Show Executive - Madhuri Badule who told me that it was as per T & C's of HP . So in order to over come this issue, I'd have to book a ticket 2 days in advance but as you can see BMS allows you to book tickets only for the current day and the next. I expressed my helplessness to the executive, for which i got a reply, ' to wait till the evening and check again' . I had tried booking a lot of times prior to this which would result in the same issue . So basically right now, I have a voucher code which is of no use at all ! Disappointed and Disgusted . I have enclosed an image which shows the error message as well as show details . I hope this gets heard and BookMyShow resolves the issue .

BookMyShow Customer Care's response Hi, Your concern is important to us and we will surely help you with it. We receive real time information from the cinemas end. As and when they update the schedules, bookings go live on our website and app. We have zero control over the scheduling of any particular movie as this is purely a cinema call and hence we suggest waiting until the cinemas open the bookings for particular movies.
