I sonia dhaundiyal, my icici bank saving A/C No[protected],
Dated[protected] my account detect 1, 772.50 Rs, I want refund of these amount, Sir I book 5 movie ticket from " Book My Show " dated[protected] in evening but due to some problem in payment gateway web page, my booking is not confirm, after that i check in our mobile, I have not receive any payment detect message from ICICI Bank and I have not receive any movie ticket booking confirmation message from Book My Show, Then after I go the same picture hall ( PVR vasant vihar ) directly and i purchase the same 5 movie ticket and the same 5 seats same row by cash payment, after that next to next day I check our balance through internet banking, I really shock, my payment is detect of amount 1, 772.50, I call ICICI bank customer care and tell all story, then after he says, you wait for 7 to 10 days, your payment is return automatically in your account but after long time wait i again call in ICICI Bank customer care and again tell all store, after that he says sir you send a complaint through register mail ID, So i send you the mail, please look at the matter seriously because i think these problem is also happened someone but due to some communication reason its not receive to you.

The contact details entered while transacting were different than the one provided and hence you did not receive the confirmation email. The confirmation SMS for this transaction was sent in time.
We do not have a provision to refund a confirmed booking/ transaction and hence would be unable to assist you here.
