I paid by net banking, I typed my otp after that it said that transaction was failed and my money was deducted.I tried to book ticket for soukyam movie on 24th for 4:15pm.I tried to pay by net banking and my money was deducted and I didn't get the tickets.My account is with sbh nakkalagutta.J tried to pay by net banking through this.I want my money back as soon as possible.ref no:[protected]IGOBEOUZB8.

      Unable to avail the Offer by 16 digit wpin code

      I had received an voucher of Book My Show on purchasing a HP Laptop. The voucher would allow me to book 2 tickets free per month . On trying to book the tickets and on applying the offer code, I would get an error message which would say, " Sorry, these vouchers are valid ONLY for ticket bookings 2 days in advance(#-2101) " I contacted the Book My Show Executive - Madhuri Badule who told me that it was as per T & C's of HP . So...

      Hii I was booking 2 tickets for BajiRao Mastani at 20th of Dec using my SBI Debit Card through paytm wallet at Starworld Cinemas Allahabad (U.P) .During transaction process it displayed transaction faliure and no ticket was booked. But there also another message from State Bank of India Atm that amount 273.36 is debited to BIGTREE ENTERTAINMENT... So please its my humble request to look into my matter and do the refund ...and my transaction id :[protected]

        I had booked 5 movie tickets at Rs. 300 each - Booking ID WK7K7R4 for Bajirao Mastani at PVR Cinema, Mulund, Mumbai for 8.00 p.m. show today i.e. 20/12/15. However, I got seats for Rs.220 each. So why was I charged Rs. 300 plus service chgs of Rs. 35/- i.e. Rs. 335 each ticket?

          The company should find a way to refund the tickets unused. If not full amount is repayable atleast 50% should be refunded back.. this might be the nth time this is happening. Kindly find some way so that the amount is refunded safely..

          Hi, We do understand your view and would have loved to help you out, if a cancellation or change in your bookings was possible Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold. Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end. Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed. Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets. Feedback noted! A workaround is in pipeline. But there also another message from Bank of India Atm that amount 447 is debited to BIGTREE ENTERTAINMENT...               As i am a human I had a mistake and booked 3 tickets in wrong date on which i am not able attend the show . But as there is no cancellation or rescheduling option I lost my money . And really I am unhappy with this service . And again will think to book ticket .

We do understand that customers expect a cancellation, modification policy in the transaction or some alternative to the current situation you're going through. But like it was discussed and brought to your notice, we have no authority once the transaction is successful. The cinema has those seats blocked and it's deemed as sold. We also do understand the possibility of a human error but we do not really want to impose that thought on you of you being responsible in selecting the show date and time.                 Recently book my show has linked popcorn charges to the movie ticket, where a movie goer cannot book the movie ticket alone. How they can forcibly charge the popcorn ticket for us, I mean is it mandatory to spend few more bucks on popcorn. Spending money on snacks should be totally depends on the customers wish, where they cannot forcibly link it with the movie ticket.

                  I had to book a ticket for a movie on Saturday but by mistake booked it for Friday.This is a human error and can occur with anyone.Book my show should keep the option of changing the date.But I had to give up on the whole money paid. Never gonna use the site and will tell my friends also to stay away from book my show as I feel such human error can occur with anyone and they should be given an option to change

                    I have bought a hp laptop and got hp back to college offer.As per that i get 12 free movie tickets on bookmyshow, 2ticket for one month and each ticket less than 250rupee. But it also said that these offers can be used only if it was booked 2 days in advance on bookmyshow app. I cant book any tickets as only today's or tomorrow's movie shows can be booked.. I feel completely deceived and cheated as i paid 1500 rupee for hp offer and i cant use anything. I expect bookmyshow better find a solution to this very soon since the offer lapses for every 30 days.

                      I [censored]anshu cell no [protected] booked 3 tickets of Dilwale at ionax multiplex indra vihar kota show of 7:15pm on 18th December 2015 Booking time - 10:30 pm on 15th December 2015.                         Sunburn Afrojack concert in Chennai was rescheduled from 5th Dec to 17th December and for me is not possible to go in the new date, because I´m going to be out of the country. On 6th December I wrote a query to ask for refund the money to Bookmyshow but they are denying doing it. It´s more that a week ago and I´m still in the same situation. I bought the tickets on 29th November and 1st December. ID for my complain is #1233615.

                          Bookmyshow.com the entertainment ticketing policies are completely biased towards them and against the consumer. Their service does not offer refund, reschedule or cancellation of any Booking Date : Saturday 12, 2015 Ticket Amount : Rs.480 Internet Charges : Rs.120 Description of Incident: Booked 4 tickets for a movie using bookmyshow.com website. Ticket prices and Service charges were paid in full. Later due to personal reasons I had to cancel, but they plainly rejected my cancellation and refused to provide refund. This is completely unethical in every level. How come they do not a refund policy. Complete unethical and irresponsible service. They should be banned.

                              I sonia dhaundiyal, my icici bank saving A/C No[protected],
                              Dated[protected] my account detect 1, 772.50 Rs, I want refund of these amount, Sir I book 5 movie ticket from " Book My Show " dated[protected] in evening but due to some problem in payment gateway web page, my booking is not confirm, after that i check in our mobile, I have not receive any payment detect message from ICICI Bank and I have not receive any movie ticket booking confirmation message from Book My Show, Then after I go the same picture hall ( PVR vasant vihar ) directly and i purchase the same 5 movie ticket and the same 5 seats same row by cash payment, after that next to next day I check our balance through internet banking, I really shock, my payment is detect of amount 1, 772.50, I call ICICI bank customer care and tell all story, then after he says, you wait for 7 to 10 days, your payment is return automatically in your account but after long time wait i again call in ICICI Bank customer care and again tell all store, after that he says sir you send a complaint through register mail ID, So i send you the mail, please look at the matter seriously because i think these problem is also happened someone but due to some communication reason its not receive to you.

                              Respected Sir, I sonia dhaundiyal, my icici bank saving A/C No[protected], Dated[protected] my account detect 1, 772.50 Rs, I want refund of these amount, Sir I book 5 movie ticket from " Book My Show " dated[protected] in evening but due to some problem in payment gateway web page, my booking is not confirm, after that i check in our mobile, I have not receive any payment detect message from ICICI Bank and I have not receive any movie ticket booking confirmation message from Book My Show, Then after I go the same picture hall ( PVR vasant vihar ) directly and i purchase the same 5 movie ticket and the same 5 seats same row by cash payment, after that next to next day I check our balance through internet banking, I really shock, my payment is detect of amount 1, 772.50, I call ICICI bank customer care and tell all story, then after he says, you wait for 7 to 10 days, your payment is return automatically in your account but after long time wait i again call in ICICI Bank customer care and again tell all store, after that he says sir you send a complaint through register mail ID, So i send you the mail, please look at the matter seriously.

                                I booked a movie ticket for Hunger games mockingjay part 2 for 29th Nov. We drove all the way to the theatre only to find out that show was cancelled but bookmyshow didn't inform us. We wasted the whole Sunday afternoon and even paid the parking fee in the mall.

                                  I booked 2 tickets for 'Tamasha' using BookMyShow.com for Big Cinemas, Pimpri, Pune, for 10:55 pm show for date 5th Dec 2015 using SBI net banking/PayU Money. After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'. But an amount of Rs 467.38 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 7PM on 5th Dec 2015. So, basically money for my transaction should be refunded.                                     I booked my ticket for WWE India tour on 3 December 2015 at 6:49 p.m., which is scheduled to happen on the 15th January 2016. Now, due to uncertainties, I will not be able to attend, for which I requested a cancellation within 1.5 hours of booking it. The customer care simply refused to cancel for an event that is almost a month and a half away. The amount totals upto Rs.11, 713.50. Since, I as a responsible citizen of this country, wouldn't want to go around selling these tickets, considering bookymyshow.com is the official ticketing partner. I feel cheated and harassed as a customer, living in a free country, where terms like no cancellation/refund seem to go against the very idea of a free country and points towards a much sinister shrewd practice. I seek for a simple refund.

                                    Nothing has been done/can be done, in this regard. I guess this is one of those flawed laws. The response was posted immediately by the concerned authorities although with no resolution that is beneficial.
                                    Hi! We do indeed understand your concern and we being an aggregate to provide the ticketing service are obligated to abide all the norms laid by the cinemas/Organizer authorities. Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end. In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show/event on your behalf.
