[Resolved] BookMyShow — voucher code not working | |||
From the last few days every time i'm trying to book a movie ticket with the voucher i have it's showing the offer you're trying to avail doesn't exist or has expired..!! It's fake site which is luring customers with vouchers and once you have bought those voucher's it doesn't let you use them for it's own i've been facing this issue for quite a long time from the moment i have that voucher it's showing the same thing i don't know what to do in this situation and these bookmyshow guys doesn't even care about user's complain. Additional internet handling charge has been deducted for online seat booking in bookmyshow portal.

I want refund for my ticket booking as the booking failed but amount was debited from my account INR 205.96 on 8/07/19 at 9:11 am by UPI Ref no.[protected]. Please refund as soon as possible.

That sounds upsetting.
Ideally, the amount charged for an unsuccessful transaction get refunded back to you within 4-5 working days.
