I booked a show for Batla House at RN Cinema (Rohtak, 124001) on 18th August(6:25 pm) through BookMyShow and instead there was no show of that movie at that time..
I have uploaded a screenshot of the confirmation which you sent to me via email..
Please refund my money or I am a lawyer and fond of going to Consumer Court..

    I had purchased a movie voucher for 100 rupees for the movie mission mangal. When i applied the promo code and tried to book tickets for the movie on 16th august 2019, due to some reason the transaction failed. So i started the booking all over again. But i couldn't apply the code this time.. They said i have already applied it. This is really not fair as in the previous case i couldn't book my tickets. So i want my rs.100 to be refunded. Please look into this matter.

    I booked a ticket for mission Mangal along with 100inr of food and beverage in vijay picture palace 3 days ago, my food was stale and it was just served after putting it in oven even when it was smelly from 5 ft. distance. I'm highly disappointed in this.I need you to look into that or I'll take this to higher authorities.

      I. N. Shanmugam make the following complaints for redresse;

      (A) on 12/8/2019, i booked ticket for two adults for a film (Nerkonda paarvai) in vetrivel theatre, nanganallur, chennai, tamil nadu. After netbanking, debiting rs. 441 from my account, the screen showd "paynimo - unable to process. Yhe screen remained standstill and the ticket never came. I had to book another ticket for the same from mr. Vasanthan's login account, deducting rs 441 from his bank account. I request the amount rs. 441 appx may be recredicted to my account at the earliest

      (B) earlier, on 10/6/2019, i booked a ticket for a film (10.15 pm show) in pvr grand galada, pallavaram, chennai, tamil nadu and had to do netbanking twice to get the ticket. The ticket amount was twice debited from my account. Though i informed about this in the feedback of the homescreen of the bigtree, in website, no action seems to have been taken. I request that a refund for a ticket (Rs. 78 appx) may be credited to my account at the earliest.

          I booked movie tickets on 07/08/2019 for 7 members for the movie kurukshetra at nartaki theatre. While booking the tickets, 'Cancellation Available' option was given by them. Once the booking was done, since I was not comfortable with that time, I agreed to cancel the ticket with 30% cancellation charges. But now they are telling tickets can not be cancelled nor the refund be done . So please look into my issue and do the needful

            I booked 2 tickets at prozone mall. I reached the theatre late due to traffic. Once i reached the hotel, they were like this ticket has not been booked and you have to buy 2 tickets. But i was deducted 662rs for 2 tickets and beverage from my card while booking the ticket. The staff there informed me that the money will be refunded. But there is no refund initiated yet.

            Hello Magicpin,

            I had paid the money for the voucher of the book my show. My money has been deducted and I didn't get the coupon. So I would like to get my money back.

            I was charged internet handling fee of RS 77.88 for booking tickets in book my show in PVR chennai.
            It is illegal to charge this fee to the consumer..

            They are not allowed to take any extra charges.

              I booked 2 tickets for a movie through phonepe app on bookmyshow. The transaction was cancelled due to some reasons and the amount got deducted. I contacted both phonepe and bookmyshow, but they said the problem is not from their end. I didn't get my amount of rs.257/- back after a cancelled transaction. I have lodged the complaint three weeks ago. You asked my contact number to proceed further in this issue. ("my contact number is [protected]").
              Now please do the needful as soon as possible. Thank you.

              Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also, if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours.

              If you are a superstar customer, you'd be able to cancel your tickets under 'Purchase History'. We now also have a cancellation feature available for a wide range of cinemas which has a cut off time and it differs from cinema to cinema which is visible on the ‘Booking Summary’ page.

                I have booked 2 tickets for movie "has jhan pagli fas jabe" on 19 july 2019 at 3.20 pm for 5.00 pm show for the same date at mathur cineplex, dalli rajhara via paytm linked to my icici bank. After completion of transaction, i didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. When i checked my bank statement, amount of rs 242.12 was deducted and i didnt get my tickets.                   Bookmyshow an online movie ticket booking company is charging an extra amount towards internet handling fee, depending on the tickets we book. These charges are unfair as per the rbi rule, i question the govt using this platform that when there is a rule, why these business people are not following? Why the govt and people are not concerned about this? On top of it why consumer should go to court to sort this out?

                  I am hoping this will be sorted out quickly.

                      From the last few days every time i'm trying to book a movie ticket with the voucher i have it's showing the offer you're trying to avail doesn't exist or has expired..!!                       My booking id is wq3k53h
                      I booked a ticket for spiderman ffh on july 5th, the offer on payment for amazon pay was min 30 rs on 150 rs that means 20%.
                      But when payment was done of 262, i received only 31!!
                      Why the refund was less? Also if there was some rng here, this was not mentioned on coupon as well as this 'luck' factor on refund should be mentioned.
                      Kindly resolve my issue. I am literally fuming as i have extensively used bms in delhi but was always satisfied but if this is some kind of foolmockery, i need my compensation and rectifications.
                      Please resolve my issue asap as this year there are some great movies coming and if this is to happen again and again, i have to look somewhere else.

                          I purchased two tickets of from bookmyshow.. I paid using google pay upi and rupees 247.96 has been deducted from my account.. But i did not receive any confirmation mail or sms.. I booked the tickets for carnival premier plaza cinemas in chinchwad the show being at 12:45 pm.. This is really not expected.. I want my money back or the ticket confirmation immediately.. Also seats i booked are showing as not occupied now.. Then why shouldn't i receive the confirmation?

                            I have purchased filmy pass but i haven't got any code from the bms and they are not responding to my mails and messages in whatsapp. How can be they just irresponsible, and the customer care number not connecting to them they are just escaping from the customer, it's just shame to them, i think this is the way they are earning lot of money by playing such tricks

                              I purchased two tickets of article 15 from bookmyshow.. I paid using google pay upi and rupees 413 has been deducted from my account.. But i did not receive any confirmation mail or sms.. I booked the tickets for rdb cinemas in kolkata the show being at 5:20 pm.. This is really not expected..                               Sorry for the trouble. Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours.

                              I was booked my tickets in bookmyshow
                              The amount was debited from my account through Google pay..but the ticket was not booked ..the purchase history is empty..

                                On 21st april 2019, 3 transactions were made from my bms account and e-mails were sent to me of purchase of 9 gift cards worth 18000, 1 gift card worth 1000 and 1 more gift card worth 212 rs and a thus a total of 19, 212 rs was deducted from my amazon pay.
                                The timing of the transactions are 10:44, 10:45, 10:46 am. (Based on received email timings)
                                I have not done these transactions neither have i authorized these transactions.
                                I do not have any gift card in my bms account. I did not receive any sms of the purchase of the gift card, just those three emails. Also, i did not receive any otp to authorize the debit from amazon pay. I did not receive any sms or email from amazon pay that a debit transaction of such and such amount has happened.

                                Request you bms to look into this matter and to refund my full money as this seems to be fraud from bms side.

                                  I booked my ticket through bookmyshow portal for mib international on june 15, saturday2019 afternoon 2:15 show. In interval i ordered couples combo for snacks invoice number is :107900 as soon as i got my snacks i went to screen 3 seats number d12, d13 instantly before entering screen 3 the movie started 5mins before. I was shocked. I have talked with my lawyer. I[censored] didnt give any reply regarding fun mall issue. Im gonna sue you and it would be 50lakhs suite or above.
