On 21st april 2019, 3 transactions were made from my bms account and e-mails were sent to me of purchase of 9 gift cards worth 18000, 1 gift card worth 1000 and 1 more gift card worth 212 rs and a thus a total of 19, 212 rs was deducted from my amazon pay.
The timing of the transactions are 10:44, 10:45, 10:46 am. (Based on received email timings)
I have not done these transactions neither have i authorized these transactions.
I do not have any gift card in my bms account. I did not receive any sms of the purchase of the gift card, just those three emails. Also, i did not receive any otp to authorize the debit from amazon pay. I did not receive any sms or email from amazon pay that a debit transaction of such and such amount has happened.
Request you bms to look into this matter and to refund my full money as this seems to be fraud from bms side.
