Bookmytab.com — I cannot view or cancel my order No:BO39993436 | |||||
I booked Wizpad Z1 Pro 6GB/64GB 10.1 Inch Tab at www.bookmytab.com on 21/02/2021 with order No:BO39993436. I paid Rs.3999.2 online from ICICI Bank netbanking through Payumoney (Transaction ID:[protected] to M/s Frankie Enterprises. I received SMS but no e-mail regarding confirmation of my order. After knowing from Youtube and other websites that most of the buyers have not received Tab or received low grade Tab from M/s Frankie Enterprises hosted by www.bookmytab.com, I wanted to cancel my order but www.bookmytab.com website is not showing order cancellation option or registration option. I tried to chat with their agent online, but their website says my order ID is not valid. I tried to contact their Customer Care No:[protected], but getting no reply even though their website says that they work on all 7 days from 8am to 8pm. I want to cancel my Order No: BO39993436 & get refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Feb 21, 2021 Updated by P.Pawar I had sent mail to [protected]@bookmytab.com from my gmail ID but the mail could not be delivered due to misconfigured mail server. It appears to be a fake site and doing online fraud. Please check attached image. | |||||
