I ordered Wizpad Z1 pro (10.1 inch, 6GB, 64GB) in BookMyTab site on 16/03/2021 at 23.40 pm and paid 3999.20. Order number: BO16749777.
They send only sms conirmation and No Email Sent.

Instead of Tab they send me a very old used Mobile using Bluedart
#[protected]. i constantly try to connect via their contact number but nobody bother to receive it and no reply via their support email.
Kindly do the needful...

My ordered was cancelled nd again they took my money through through credit card...

The tab I ordered was to be 10.1". But what I received is only 7.8".
The product also came without any protective covering or wrapping. Just kept in a box....

I booked Wizpad Z1 Pro 6GB/64GB 10.1 Inch Tab at www.bookmytab.com on 21/02/2021 with order No:BO39993436. I paid Rs.3999.2 online from ICICI Bank netbanking through Payumoney (Transaction ID:[protected] to M/s Frankie Enterprises.
I received SMS but no e-mail regarding confirmation of my order.
After knowing from Youtube and other websites that most of the buyers have not received Tab or received low grade Tab from M/s Frankie...

I am not able to install any Apps using Play store. The tab screen shows Green Lines, blues lines . Batter back up is worst...

Payment done but received an old version substandard tablet. Cheating customers. Not taking back or refund....

Book my tab given tab is not working and fully scratched . The product can't return bcoz the site has not a returned booking page. They have a return policy rule. My money has gone 4299/- I am going to police station and put a complaint and the case going to consumer court now a days...

I have paid to amount of rs 4000/- in bookmytab website for a new tab device and i received a message that my order got confirmed as " your order has been sucessfully placed with ORDER ID [protected]. Due to covid 19 pandemic there will be slight delay in dispatching orders" but i dint receive tab even after 7 days so i made a call to their execetive to the number [protected] the executive asked me to download a app so that they will repay...

Bookmytab is fraud and no substitute for the proper term all their products are faulty china makes use of such faulty indians to cheat the rest. The product booked was tablet but delivered was mobile in which no sim is recognised....

Recently i have seen this website and show casing they are giving offers on tabs which is very usefull for student in this pandemic situatioin but these kinda of website are using this situation and making money. I have purchased one tab and its not delivered at all. When i tried to search for order status there is no option provided by website. Please take action against this website.

But today (29/07/2020) I received some other model without above said futures. Also there was scratches in display. Charger is also not working. I try to contact their office thro' contact us option in their website. But I could not contact them thro' that option also. I had spent Rs. 3900/-....

On 14-jul-2020, while browsing on youtube.com, found an ad about cheap tabs with very high end configurations from this company.
