I have purchased a Bosch mixer grinder on 29.09.2021. It stopped working by mid of 2021 and Bosch repaired the product by replacing some parts and the faulty jar as well which the engineer has informed as the root cause of the failure.

2 seperate service request raised for this fix and it took more than 1 month for replacing the faulty jar.

Now the product is not working again since 25.09.201. It is not expected from a product by a reputed brand like Bosch.

I have already raised a service request with Bosch and engineer took the product for repair. But I am not hoping the fix will solve the issue and it can happen again. The service request number is:[protected]. and Follow up number is [protected].
