Mohan electrovision Ballabgarh Faridabad. To Bosch home india pvt. Ltd. 08/11/17 Dear ms. Bosch co. I purchased a refrigerator of bosch co. On 6 june, 2017. The piece is on five years warranty. It was delivered to my residence on same day and your representative familiarized me with its settings and operations. On 24 october, and now my refrigerator is still dead. Your technician came home, he checked some parts and go back but the problem resumed on same day. The problem still persists. I have tried reaching your service-staff for the past two days with no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, i request you to kindly replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.
