[Resolved] Bosch Home India — defective dishwasher | |||
We had bought a Bosch dishwasher on[protected] from Croma Indiranager, Bangalore, Karnataka. The dishwasher was giving trouble from the day we bought it. But since it was in warranty, the technician would come and fix something. On[protected], they replaced the PCB. But the dishwasher stopped working within 3-4 months. Bosch did not even give me an AMC as AMC was supposed to be taken in March 2017 and I was travelling at that time. The dishwasher stopped working by August 2017 again. After many complaints a service technician came and told us that PCB is gone and they will have to replace the PCB again. That was on[protected]. He took Rs.800 for this visit. After many follow ups and after two months had elapsed, they gave an estimate of Rs[protected] for parts replacement. Apparently they were waiting for the warranty period to be over before telling us that PCB has to be replaced again. How can we trust a branded company like Bosch where they give a defective piece to us and also do not take any action. I want a replacement or Bosch should own up that their dishwashers are not made for Indian conditions. That is what the technician told me. Was this information helpful? | |||
