I had complained about our dishwasher on the 16thof may and after innumerable follow ups the machine is back home after repair. I have refused to pay the technician as i needed some clarfications, but there is no response from the customer care executives.

Some twenty calls later a technician says some pipe to be replaced. No response again for 15 days. Follow up am told that part not available
10 days later technician says rats have again bitten of wiring and machine needs to go to repair centre. Escalate matter to area manager mr naresh.. Cell no[protected] and only then they have someone sent to collect machine. No response from team on receipt/how many days it may take/ how much it may cost.
Follow up with mr nagesh... Cell no [protected]. He says he will call back since technician has not come to see machine since ten days!!!
And two days later machine is sent home after repair with a piece of cardboard and tape stuck to cover up hole so that no rats can get in!!!
Is there no other precaution that one can provide for rats??
I really need this to be addresses for me to make the payment and close chapter. Will never recommend a bosch appliance to anyone ever in my life.. The service is so poor. Was this information helpful? |
