Bosch Home India — New washing machine demo and installation | |||
Dear sir, recently i have purchased new bosch washing machine on 19th 05.2017 however its been 20 days now an no service engineer is visited for the first free demo installation. I have lodged 100 calls customer care but whenever i call representative simply say we have registered you complain and the service engineer will visit you today but that day is not come yet. Today i got call from engineer and he is asking for 1400 rs as a travelling charges and stating that i will not visit your place until you agree to pay me.
