Bosch Home India — no service | |
Hello, I bought a washing machine from amazon. From the inception only i am facing problem with the kind of service being offered from bosch. For the installation only i waited a lot. Now my machine is in dead state from last 6 months even it is in warranty. Series of complains : First complain : 29 dec 2019 Complaint number[protected] I have waited 2 months and called back again on 29th feb 2020. Secand complaint number ; 29th feb[protected] No one visited to my place. Its actually very very bad. Your executive told that engineer will visit shortly. 3rd is on 23rd of march. No one visited yet. Again i registered a third complain :[protected] We don't have a spare washing machine and struggling like hell. I believe enough is enough. Is this the service being provided by the bosch. On paper correct me if i am wrong that engineer should reach to the product within 48 hours. I did not bought the product free of cost. Its my money please value for my money. Now today again i have called and again registered a 4th complain (Complaint no.[protected] I have written many mails but none of them got answered.
