Subject: replacement of defective washing machine bosch 6.5 kg top loading (Woe654yoin grey) Dear sir, 1. Please refer to invoice number - sdeb 60951 of 02 nov 2018. 2. The above product was purchased from amazon india on 02 nov 2018 vide invoice no given in para above. 3. It is regretted to state that this product is prone to recurring defect. This is evident from the job card of service provider vide no 1393 of[protected], 2001 of[protected] and 2441 of[protected] respectively. 4. It is further brought out that within 3 months of purchase this machine has been out of order for 20 days due to defects and time taken for repair by service agency. 5. You will agree with me that i had spent money from my hard earned money. Besides money it has caused me mental agony, wasting of my valueable time and energy in getting the machine repaired. 6.in view of the above may i request you to refund the amount or replace it with another new piece to avoid litigation and inconveniences to both o[censored]s.
