[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Unethical behaviour | |||
I have purchased a washing machine on Wednesday 31st May from the Store Sargam Electronics Ghaziabad, It was assured to me that Machine would be delivered on the same day but delivery come to me on Sunday 4th June 2017. Today on 5th June company persons come to me for installation and demo and asking the charges for some kind of adopter, he said the machine is designed as per German standards so in India you have to use adopter, i couldn't understand that if any company launches a product in India than it should have the features according to local standard. It was told to me the payment given to the store is full and final payment and installation and demo is free of cost. i have talked to your service head Mr Darpan he asked very rudely that if you can't pay for the adopter than you are free to return the machine. Such kind of behavior is not expected from such a reputed company personnel, secondly when installation is free than why one should pay money for the adopter.
