[Resolved] Bosch Home India — washing machine - drum damage

Hello,

We have purchased bosh v06 washing machine at apr 2019.

We had ran the drum clean program as per booklet; after that it seems like damage or rusts (Before that we had ran the same program twice but that time we didn’t get any problem like this) and we complaint for the same to customer care but no one can solve my problem properly.

Your demo person not gave the instruction for how to run the drum clean program and the person who came for repairing was not aware that, we can use the detergent powder while run the drum clean program. And he also suggested that you can use the machine as it is. But while using the burnt kind of smell is coming from clothes.

Now customer service executive advice to use distiller powder for rusts clean; for which we have to pay.

As the machine is in a warranty we request you to change the drum as early as possible.
