I am Anil Siddhpura from Ahmedabad, India. I have purchaged bosch washing machine in Jan'24 from the nearest store. It goes faulty last week Friday, 05/07/2024 and I made the complaint to customer service number[protected]. They assured me to visit engineer within 24 hours, but engineer came on Monday, 08/07/2024 and he checked that inverter circuit damaged due to moisture and it will take 3-4 days more to replace it. I am very surprised that why bosch has made this kind of very sensitive product. Everyone uses bosch washing machine in bathroom and they wash the bathroom regularly then why only I am facing this issue. If this is the case, then I request you to return my money and get back your product. One more thing, 7 days passed, bosch still have not given solution to my complaint so do I have to wash clothes? This issue happened two times in 6 months.
Since a week, every day I make a call to customer service center for a solution and spending half an hour in conversation. I am really fed-up now with this bosch washing machine.
