My product is stuck in your Service center at Chennai for more than 3 months . It is utterly disappointing from BOSE . We have invested high value on yhis product but service support is Very Bad.

BOSE Being a reputed and costly product company need to improve customer support / Service. The contact Phone no's never answer the calls.

May be the company has gone into complacent mode. We may have to start campaigning against the company or go to consumer Forums for legal proceedings.
