Boult Audio — Boult audio propods warranty claim issue

I was a regular customer of boult audio products for the last couple of years. The worst service ever a brand got . And worst customer service. Last time i bought a earbuds ( propods) through amazon and after 1 month o[censored]se the charging case started drains fastly and not lasting like the company demands. Then the left ear bud started drains fastly within minutes. 1 or 2 minutes then the left bud battery draining out and getting off automatically. From that day( more than months till today) i am sending boult audio tens of emails and called several times on their customer service number. Sometimes some staffs called executives ( named only) attend calls and then they have no idea what the hell they are talking about. Sometimes I think they are not fluent in English language. Sometimes I felt like i was getting tricked like treating customers as trash and careless.
My doubt is how can you run a company like this long without solving customer problems? And then sometimes these so called executives disconnects our calls without any talks while we waits for them . Treating customers as trash or hiring uneducated people for job both are not good for a business.

Then most of the executives have only one thing to say...sir go to boult audio and register a complaint ( which i already did) and error page loads all the time when i try to register my warranty.
So my question to boult audio is for what purpose you are running this company???
I lost my respect for your company... seriously this trash treating and issues not getting solved..I asked some friends about this and everyones getting solved by their brands like boat ...etc etc ..and they are fast in returning product after service or by replacing with new products to customers.
And every one said negative about boult audio like due to these kind of issues which I said above they stopped using your products and they are telling me the same don't ever purchase your company products.

I was a regular customer of your company but till today it's been 7 months and boult audio is not giving a [censored] about their customers. (Some friends told me that you are waiting for the 12 month and then you will say like oww the warranty date is over sir...which your executives told some of my friends years ago. ) Which i understood and I'll never buy your products and i will make sure that none of my friends, family, cousins... nobody..not a single person which i knew will never buy your products. Thats for sure. I will tell them don't get trap in your company products .

I lost my 2000 rupees for nothing but your trash.So many friends told me not to buy boult audio but i didn't mind it all. I was your regular customer for the last couple of years and keep that in mind. If you are not interested in solving your customers
problems then soon your company will shut down...Best of luck for it ...👍🏻
One more thing the wired bluetooth earphone was also a trash which draining battery faster issue but that was last year i called executives said blah blah blah and i thought it's ok...let try earbuds...and now again mahn...nah not again for your [censored] traps any more
And the above said words are not the one actually I wanted to...keep that 2000 as my tip and gtfo...and thank you for nothing...
