Boult Audio — boult curve neckband mic not working

I recently bought the boult curve neckband which worked fine for a week. Later, the mic started giving troubles.. It wasn't working during calls sometimes...
Now after two weeks, the mic stopped working completely... I mailed the company, but no response.
No issues in the speakers.. Only issue is in the mic... I bought bluetooth earphones for the sole reason of microphone which stopped working now
