I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Black) price rs.899 from flipkart on 14.10.2019. One side earphone is not working properly. It is still in its warranty period. Iam tried to reach you call and email, but not respond yet received on your end, i want my headphone to be replacement immediately.

    I bought boult audio bassbuds storm wired headset with mic earphones on 19th aug 2019 from flipkart. From past 1 week (23rd oct 2019) they are working properly. No clear sound, low voices and sometimes its not all audible. Its given 1 year warranty. Kindly replace the earphones with new one. Where can i get my earphones exchanged? Please provide the service center as soon as possible. My work totally depends on earphones.
    Buy on October 2 2019 only 26 days used suddenly no power on charging before five hours but no use please my Bluetooth warranty and replace the item

      I have brought boult earphones from amazon. Within a month both earphones stopped working!! I tried reaching out to boult customer care but the number provided on website [protected] is not working!!
      I reached out through email and boult asked me to send earphones to their warehouse in delhi so that they can get back to me!!
      I spent rs 200 for courier thru professional couriers - tracking id maa[protected] the courier has been received by boult team and signed on 23/10/2019. I resave massage your courier resaved and ofter qulity check your headset replace but stall no responce.

          This product is not working properly boult mouse eyerphone to turn on bluetooth and connect to mobile phone and dis connect i am not using the eyerphone so kindly request to you change and repair the eyerphone and charege the eyerphone to red light and wait 30 min and blue light and using the 10 min and disconnect so i am using the eyerphone is not a way

            I have purchased bouldt audio pro bass sonic blutooth headset with mic on 16/05/2019.

            Due to mic issue i have courier my product to boult audio service center on 22nd aug2019, as on date i am not return my product, they giving reply as your product is ready for dispatch will send soon, but non the guys not revert properly. Not giving proper solution for me. I am used that headset for only 2month. Pls inform concern team send back my product to my correct address.
            I am not see cheating company like this, worst service

              I have took boultaudio bluetooth from amazon on 30 september. It’s not even 20 days i took this product now the power button is not working and i could not on the bluetooth. Could you please resolve this and i even have warranty for 6 months. I did not even use for 4 to 5 times and now it’s not working. I brought this with very ease and love but it did not work out.

                i purchased boult black audio curve neckband from myntra online on 23 jun 2019 it's working fine till last 3 monts and now it is not turning on my order detail of myntra order no:[protected]-0709601 what should i do plz let me know
                Sir, I am not satisfied the Boult audio. The audio is not listening clear and the other problem is battery .so please sir I request to you satisfication or replace the earphone. And my earphone is running warranty.

                      I bought a wireless earphone from flipkart but after 2 days, it didn't work. I call flipkart customer care but they told to contact boult customer care and didn't help me. I tried so many times to contact boult customer care but they didn't respond. If flipkart sell any product, why should not they provide the warrenty.

                        1 july i am buy boult audio bass buds from flipkart in 375 rs. After 2 month right side earbuds not working. Then i am contact flipkart but he only providing service centre number after that i am contact with boult service centre. Service centre says courier us. Then send addres of courier center, the courier center is in new delhi, and cost of courier is rs 200 +, how can i solve my prb i am not rich to courier or buy new earphone. Please solve my problem please

                          I had bought boult audio curve neckband earphones on 14th august from amazon but it has some prblm with on and off nd it it not working. The product is defective. Charging does not last. There is problem while starting it. Its not even been a month and the product is not working properly.. And i think many ppl have same complaint about this. So plz kindly replace my product.

                            And we are getting some sort noise in the bluetooth and if we shake the bluetooth its get off and they is no vibration

                                I have received a defective piece the power button doesn't work properly so the song cannot be paused while playing and the buttons on the earphones are loose and make noise.The earphones built quality is not that good. There is mere bass effect. I can't replace the product through amazon as the return date has passed. Amazon customer service have asked me to contact Boult Audio customer care service and ask them for the refund or replacement of the product

                                  So i’ve bought it from myntra app on 31 march around i’ve been using this product for a while and it was superb experience but now on it occurs some problems in that neckband its not working properly and in right earpiece its beeping and irritating sound, and then afterwards its not connecting and not even charging. My neck band is under warranty so i request you to help me out of this!!!

                                  I want to replace if it’s possible or to service it!!!
                                  I've been using this headphones for one month now. But, the problem started yesterday as i went to start my headset it doesn't get started but later on when i put it to the charger, it was working fine but after i taken off the charger it switched off itself automatically. I'm not even being able to switch it on while not in charge.
                                  I've purchased a new Boult curve Neckband from Amazon on 30th July 2019, it was working fine but from the last week the battery not lasts for even 2 hours after fully charged and also it is not functioning properly, I would like a replacement for my product

                                      I have purchased boult curve bluetooth headset on 5 may 2019. After working for 3 months the power button is not working even after full charge..                                         I bought boult audio neckband bluetooth headset on nov-18 via myndra,

                                        At the beginning its battery backup good.

                                        Now it has a battery issue. Its stands for 20 min only.

                                        I already mail boult on daily basis. But no response.

                                        I call them too. But they not connect my call. Once i select the language its automatically disconnected.

                                        Very worst customer service.
