I ordered a Boult audio twinpods from Myntra. I received it on 16 October and when I used the product on very same day, one of them was not working, so I paired them separately too with my phone. Conclusion was that one of them was defective because I was connected but no sound was coming from it. Immediately I contacted the Boult audio customer care at [protected]. They said that you have to courier that product with box and Myntra invoice at 30/5 East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, 110026. I couriered it the very same day on 16 October. They said that this process takes 4-5 business days. It's the 7th day. And now I am trying to contact the Boult audio customer care it is showing server error. Note that I was trying to contact since morning 3-4 times the ring was going but nobody picked up, And suddenly it started showing server error. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Not working proparly and left side ear phone is stop working proparly so i want to replace it so as fast as you give me another peace and replace it...

I have purchased h boult audio headphones zigbugs from jabong and after 1 week on side of earphones stops working and bluetooth also not working
