Boult Audio — Deflective Products being sent after multiple return and replacements | |||

Within 6 months of buying the product began to disconnect automatically from the device and did not connect back even on full charging. (6th August 2021) I complained against it and was told to send the product for return and replacement. I sent product and over the call I was told my earbuds have been replaced and have been dispatched . (24th August 2021) When I got the package they sent; it contained an old refurbished earbuds which had dents (physical damage) on it and also the touch sensitivity of left earbuds was not working and also had some battery issues. And they were surely not mine even if they were repaired. (26th August 2021) I re complained that I was sent a defective, Physically damaged and old product instead of a new product. They asked me to resend the product for return and replacement . I did so .Even before the product was being dispatched I continuously called them and asked them not send the same damaged product since it couldn't even last month and the condition of earphone was bad . Over the phone they promised me that the product has been replaced . (22nd October 2021) Today when I received the package it contained the same headphone with more defects .i.e. the left side of earphones were hanging and the right side touch control not at all working and the earbuds disconnected automatically with the same battery issues. I immediately called and complained …and now again they are asking me to resend the product. Every time I send them the product they send me a worst condition product with more defects even when my product is under warranty. I have spent almost 1/3 rd of total price of the earbuds in sending them the product for replacement yet I have not received a good quality product. Every Customer expects a product to atleast work till the warranty period and if any issues arise the defective product to be replaced by new product when under the warranty period. Please look into the matter and help me getting replacement.
