I ordered the boult audio probass curve neckband in-ear wireless earphone on date 30.09.2019 from amazon. I use this earphone for some time after that left side speaker is not working properly.this is so much disappointing for me and i want to be replaced my earphones as soon as possible.
My left boult audio earbuds suddenly stopped working. I does not even light up neither charges nor works. Can't understand the exact problem with it.

When i am charging it, its sow a blue light but after removing charger it continues sow blue light.
When trie to open it, it is not on
When i put it in charging its sow that its charging full
But its not open
Its blue lite alway on like 5 to 6 mint
So i want to use your warranty card policy
