I want exact status about my headphone sevice thi is my old ticket Id 00146982 I need status about my headphone I send courier in July 1 st already made email my complaint many times but no response I need a status

Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I complaint about my product to the boult audio they mailed me and I sent my product to their warehouse after that I received a mail from them and they send me a tracking ID but I not track my order and I am also trying to contact with their time to the given number but I not contacted at that number please give me my new product or replaced product I tried many times to contact them but no reply from them I also asked from Bluedart whether the received my order or not the given tracking id by the boat audio they sat that they not received order yet the tracking id the given me is the advanced tracking ID
