I have sent my Boult EarPods for repair but haven’t received them yet. More than a month has passed but no response no mails messages nothing!! Tried several times through calls and WhatsApp but didn’t receive any proper responses!! Only getting this msg
“We regret the inconvenience. your case already has been escalated to the warehouse team, we request you to wait for some time. we will update you as soon as we get any update.” Three times I got this message but no further has been done!!

Please let me know the status!
