Defective product

I have purchased boult smartwatch from Flipkart which was a defected product not charged properly so I courier the product to service centre in wazirpur on 3rd oct 2023, I did not receive my replacement product till now not have any information there customer support not even responding properly they don't have any valid reason for delay also they promised to remburs RS 100 for courier charges which was also not receive yet...

Replacement product from service centre

Boult audio propods warranty claim issue

I was a regular customer of boult audio products for the last couple of years. The worst service ever a brand got . And worst customer service. Last time i bought a earbuds ( propods) through amazon and after 1 month o[censored]se the charging case started drains fastly and not lasting like the company demands. Then the left ear bud started drains fastly within minutes. 1 or 2 minutes then the left bud battery draining out and getting off automatically....

Both twin pods not connecting at same time

My both sides of twin pods are working. But only one gets connected to mobile. I tried to re pair the device but the situation is same. When i am connecting the pods one gets connected and there is 'sbc' written next to the connected device...

Connectivity issue with Boult Audio Probass

I have purchased a Bluetooth named Boult Audio X1-WL bluetooth headset from flipcart on 17th June 2021.
Today while using the headset it automatically get disconnected & now I m trying to connect it back but I m helpless It is not connecting. Non repair/replacement of product covered under warranty

No use of warranty claim

This is the worst experience with the Boult Audio customer service as they had not resolve my issue as they just simply send the same faulty product through the warranty claim process and also they had taken 2 months for Delivering my product which is (Boult airbass freepods). As my warranty card has now been wasted now what can I do?...

Fraud from boult audio and shadowfax

I ordered boult audio curve from amazon After 5 months one side of earphone stopped working. i Complaint it on company website boult at email id [protected]@boultaudio.com With raised a complaint with complain id sayed ticket id 00149342, they said that your order will be replaced or repaired and raised a pickup and said pickup will be in 2 days but the pickup done in 10th day.

Initially this issue was only there when I was tring to connect with multiple devices but now after using for some time, it gets disconnected and starts vibrating annoyingly,

I have been trying to connect with the co. Via phn call and email but no one is responding and getting it replaces,

I did some research as well and there are no service center for them....
