Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery and Poor Customer Service

Address: Exotic Mile, 1st Floor B-67, Wazirpur Industrial Area New Delhi 110052, India

I placed an order on the Boult website on June 15th, 2024. The order ID is BAD2CN[protected], and the tracking ID provided by DTDC is 7D[protected]. The order reached my city on June 20th, 2024, according to the tracking updates.

Issues Faced:

Incomplete Address Claim: On June 20th, I received a message stating that my order was out for delivery. Shortly after, I received another message claiming that my address...

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Boult Audio regarding their failure to process my reimbursement request and their extremely poor customer service.

    On 22nd May 2024, I submitted a reimbursement request along with the required form for INR 100 to be credited to my Paytm account. This was after returning a faulty product as instructed by Boult Audio support.

    Despite multiple follow-ups via email and adherence to all provided instructions, including shipping the faulty product and completing the necessary form, I have received no communication or reimbursement from Boult Audio.

    The lack of response and the considerable delay have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Their customer service has been very bad, offering no assistance or updates on my issue.

    I have attached all relevant details and screenshots of the form submission to support my complaint.

          Description- Sir I have made a complaint that my boult audio is giving battery and connection issues, so I have raised the complaint and registered the complaint then I have a mail from boult audio saying that send the product to the given address. So, I did has it was instructed in the mail. Then I have made a delivery to boult audio at given address. Now it had been many months since I haven't received any update. Now I can't tolerate any more I need my product back or give me my refund at least I will purchase a new one.

          Complaint: - See I have sent my EarPods to the given address in my mail sent by boult audio. I have made a complaint stating that "I have a connection and battery issues" I have delivered it a long ago, till date I haven't received any updates. And more over I haven't received my product also. Why it's taking such a long time to repair I even have the warranty on it. I request the boult audio to send my product as soon as possible. Or else give my money back at least I will purchase a new one

            I have sent my Boult EarPods for repair but haven’t received them yet. More than a month has passed but no response no mails messages nothing!! Tried several times through calls and WhatsApp but didn’t receive any proper responses!! Only getting this msg
            “We regret the inconvenience. your case already has been escalated to the warehouse team, we request you to wait for some time. we will update you as soon as we get any update.”...

            - Purchased the product from AMAZON on 27.01.24

            - After getting problem in one buds i am requesting warranty service on the website of BOULT audio with #Ticket Id[protected] in which i have to send the product to [ EXOTIC MILE PVT LTD, B-67, WAZIRPUR INDUSTRIAL AREA,

            - I have mentioned all the information..but i not getting any update about the product.
            - I am attaching all the documents like invoice, courier slip, warranty messages which i get on registration for product

              Hi Boult,

              Pls let me know how many more months I have to keep following up, for the refund of my courier charges.

              OR should I assume BOULT does not have qualified customer support professionals to sort such basis things.

              Just for the refund of my courier charges you asked me
              1) to fill a form
              2) Gave a voucher
              3) Verify with OTP, which I never got.

              Why can't things be simplified. Why can't your accounts team just transfer the funds to my bank account??? They have the correct account details.

              Also you mentioned that the IFSC code entered by me was wrong, that is incorrect. I have entered the correct numbers multiple times.

              Even after over a month of follow up, if this is the service you provide to a customer who is a senior citizen, then definitely I have the right to take this to the consumer court and ask for a remedy / compensation for a month long harassment from Boult. Shame on Boult.

                I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I have had with Boult.

                On 10/2/24, I sent my Boult earbuds for repair to your center. However, upon receiving the package today, I was shocked and dismayed to find that instead of my earbuds, the package contained *a stone*. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering my reliance on the earbuds for studies as I am taking online classes.

                I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution, including the replacement or repair of my earbuds at no additional cost.

                I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution

                  I still have to receive the courier refund which i filled the form also and now the earphones are not charging. i have to again send the product and they sending me a email with same ticket id. How will i get paid with same ticket id when they have not paid earlier. Also within 3months 2 times the product has issues. Pathetic customer service and product....

                        Hello I was using bold audio effect charge neck band.After having problem with it I contact with customer care, As they told me I courier it to their address & it's been delivered on 28th of October, 2023.I have attached also Proof of delivery statement & Delhivery shipping invoice.after that I called customer care many times but they again & again saying that we are escalating your concern, please wait for some time.Even when I sent mail to boult support, they replied "we have received your product EQCHARGE (black) in the warehouse instead of FXCharge (Black). Please confirm your product name and share your invoice with us." I've already sent them the photo of my product package before shipping. But they are making me fool. Also I was not able to fill up & submit their Reimbursement form to get the shipping cost. please anyone will help me on that that will be really appreciatable.

                          Repair and replacement of my product boult earbuds

                          Hi I have couriered my defective boultbuds and they have sent me a mail like it's warrenty has been expired and I have sent a mail to them for a screenshot like extended warranty for 3 months from the date of purchase... Then they sent a mail that we have sent your product to service centre as soon as possible we will dispatch your product... But it's already been 9 days still there is no reply from them my ticket I'd 01169469...
