Boult Audio — No escalation matrix | |
I have raised a complaint with complain ID :- 60233, also get mail to pruduct recieved, and will dispatched in 3-4 working day but after 10 days when I call they are saying to re register complain and putting me on hold 5 to 10 minute each time. No senior person is there or they are not transferring call to him. Was this information helpful? | |
