Boult Audio — Non repair/replacement of product covered under warranty | |||
I have purchased the Boult Audio Air Bass free Pods Bluetooth headset on 10.06.2021 from Flipkart vide Invoice No.FAAXNJ[protected] dated 06.06.21 Order Id OD[protected] on 10.06.2021. However, after two months of moderate use, one of the earphone stopped working and the back up also become irregular. So I contacted the Boult customer care and as per their instructions I sent back the bluetooth headset to them for repair/replacement on 24.08.2021. The same was returned to me on 06.09.2021 vide their e-mail stating that the Bluetooth set is repaired/replaced and returned herewith. However, to my utter surprise I found that I received back the same set without any repairs/reconditioning and I am compelled to use the faulty Bluetooth set which covered a one year warranty.
