Boult Audio — Unable to raise ticket

I had purchased Boult Audio AirBass Livebuds in Feburary 2021.
Having some issue I have replaced earbuds in October 2021. And now I am again having issue battery lasts less than 30 minutes.
I tied to raise ticket but getting error that your case on this invoice is still pending. Ticket ID: 00295616
