      Device is not charging properly. Red light is not working properly it blinks after few second and get off.

        I delivered my boult audio earphones to their headquarters on my own expenses as suggested by the same...
        But when it was their time to return it to me after getting it repaired or renewed...
        They just lost it in between..
        I mean how is it even possible..
        Such a careless attitude towards a customer is not at all bearable
        Even after complaining 3 times I got no response ... Ahh it's humiliation of my rights literally..
        Worst Ever experience..
        I will never recommend it to anyone and forget about any inclination of mine...

          I have already sent the my earphones two times by paying money from my side only. First time they said they are working fine. Then Second time when i complained a lot on call they said please sent it again. I sent the product again hoping it will be fixed now instead new problems started arriving after receiving it again. The right earbuds stopped charging And now This is the third time I am complaining about my TWS earphones. This time I am getting new issues like one of the earbuds is not charging. I am tried all the troubleshooting methods but still its not working. Now they are saying its not possible to repair. They have wasted my money. Also They do not provide even a fair service and two times i had to give the courier money to send it. 0/5.

              I have purchased my earphone on 16 th april 2021, after 9 months my earphone is having some issue
              When i lift my earphone wire the audio and bass is clear. But when i put it down audio and bass is not clear..
              Didn't expect that within one year my earphone will have some internal issue .
              Please Pay attention to my problem

                            Unable to raise ticket

                            I had purchased Boult Audio AirBass Livebuds in Feburary 2021.
                            Having some issue I have replaced earbuds in October 2021. And now I am again having issue battery lasts less than 30 minutes.
                            I tied to raise ticket but getting error that your case on this invoice is still pending. Ticket ID: 00295616...

                            I buy boult audio airbuds from amazon, then i apply for refund. they pickup item on 9 November and they tell in 5 business days amount will be credit i your account, after 2 week i dont got my money . they say refund is shot out from our side, please contact your bank, in my account statement money not credit,
