Replacement request with Ticket ID: 00313535

I have given a complaint on Boultaudio website, saying my earpods are not working fine. Complaint date was 5th of November. Next day they responded through an email and a text message asking me to courier the faulty earpods to their address. I did the same and got a delivery confirmation from the courier service. Its been many days from then and I'm sending continuous emails, but Boult team is not responding at all.....
