Dear [Boult] Support Team,

I purchased your (Earbuds Z40 pro)on 25.09.2024, which comes with a 1-year warranty.Before 2 months I am facing an issue while using the earbuds. During calls, my voice is going to the other person very low/unclear,

As the product is still under warranty, I kindly request you to look into this issue and provide a solution, either by repairing or replacing the product.

Details of Purchase:

Product: (Boult Z40 pro 100H)

Purchase Date: 25.09.2024

Warranty: 1 Year

Issue: Voice going very low to the other person during calls

Please let me know the next steps to proceed with the warranty claim.
