Boult Audio — Worst company and its services | |||
I have ordered a boult audio probass curve neckbank (Black) from nykaa on 15/7/2020 With the order id nyk[protected] and the same was delivered to me on 20/7/2020. I received the bluetooth neckband with the seal opened box containing 1 Bluetooth neckbank, charger connecter and 2 apir of earbuds. I have connected the Bluetooth with my mobile and it was working okay and the main part is that he bluetooth Stopped working the very next day. I was shocked that i have online paid 999/- for the Boult earphnes which did not even work for 24 hours. The very next day that is on 22/7/2020 i have called the customer care number that is +[protected] and even mail at the [protected]@boultaudio.com on 22/7/2020 and 23/7/2020 with the ticket number 37763. The boult team informed me to courier the bluetooth neckband on exotic mile, 1st floor, B-67, wazirpur industrial area, new delhi. New delhi district, delhi, india - 110052 Landmarks: near honda showroom & royal pepper banquets whick i had courier on 28/7/2020 with the original box, connector charger and the 2 pair or earbuds along with The warranty card and the user manual and the delay in courier was because of the lock Down in mumbai. After following up on customer care number and on e-mails i came to know that the Bluetooth neackband will be repairedbut i told the customer care and on the mail itself That i want the same to be replaced to a new one or else refund back my full paid amount Back with the courier charges which i have paid. Today that is on 8/8/2020 i have received the delivery of the bluetooth please check as I have submitted the original invoice, original box, connector charger and the 2 pair or Earbuds along with the warranty card and the user manual but i did not get any refund. Attached is the bluetooth neckbank delivery which i have received and it is very Disapponting. This is how you cheat the customer you are making the customer dissatisfied By your worst services.
