Bounce — overcharged for ride | |||||
This is regarding the booking id 16244815. I have taken ride a ride on 22-8-19 from 37/b ferns paradise, doddnekundi to baiyappanahalli which comes to 9.3 km (Google maps attached). But i have been charged for 36.3 km for an amount of rs. 224. Their auto response mail states they will get in touch in 24 hrs but no one have reached up to me yet. This is the second incident, previously on my ride on 2-8-19, booking id: 13517603, they charged me for extra duration where actual charges was around rs. 96 and they charged me rs. 170.
