I have purchased a washing machine bpl 6.5 kg semi automatic top loading washing machine (Bsatl65f1, dual colour) on 11th october 2018. It has stopped working on 18th february 2019. I called consumer care and a technician came to visit and said that the motor of the machine has stopped working. And said that it will be repaired in few days (Approx within a week). But its now approx a whole month (Dated[protected] and machine has not been repaired. Everytime i call the consumer care executive, they keep saying that the part is not available
