Bpl Logistics — damaged product during transportation | |||||
I booked a logistics transportation service through sulekha.com from BPL Logistics. They had confirmed on initial talk that they will pack all items from Gurgaon, deliver and unpack all items in Bangalore. They assured delivery within 7-10days, but they delivered on 15th day, and refuse to unpack items. When I unpacked my AC outdoor unit for installation on 6th day, it’s completely damaged and even they have not marked on packets that it AC outdoor unit and they have not marked top portion, for that all gas removed. I had taken insurance amount 1lac for all items, when I called them they are refuse to take action on that even they are not giving insurance paper also and they are not raising a complaint request. 1st point they have not delivered on assured timeline, 2nd point they have not packed, marked and handled AC outdoor unit properly, 3rd point they are not taking action on that when I trying to claim insurance amount they are not answering and refusing that. 4th Point they are threatening me when I told them that I will lodge a complaint against them. I want to claim insurance or I want my money back, and I don’t want anyone again face the same issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
