BPL — service no response delay | |||
Hello Sir/Mam, My name is Karankumar Anil Sawant, I've purchased BPL(BFATL62K1) washing machine. I've ordered this online though Amazon on 10 August 2019 and it was delivered to me on 23rd August. On second day 24th August my installation was done, but due to no connection (water fitting) the demo was pending. After 4 days we make our water connection and started to use it. But while using it, I realized that, that is not working as per the user manual. So I started calling to Brand since 6th Sept 2019. With continues calling to brand after long period finally they send the person for a demo purpose on 18th Sept 2019. The person come for demo purpose told me that it's a defective product hence not working as per user manual and it is necessary to replace it or to repair. Already the brand has taken too much to send the person, and they're saying me that for replacement purpose I've to call to Amazon. Already the 10 days replacement window from Amazon has been expired. And while calling to to brand they're just wasting my everytime by saying Wait till 48 hours. Today I've no Patience for the same, because I've already spent too much time on this. Kindly help me on this.
